this painting is about five years old.
It hangs in our front entry…I pass by it several times a day.

Today I stopped and remembered what I was thinking when I painted it, and the moment the image originated.

This last week has been very busy finishing our bathroom renovation (stay tuned for before & afters)… yardwork… working… cleaning, and entertaining. There has not been much time for making art. Luckily all of those things make me feel happy and creative too!

This evening I found the time, and have finished one more, and started two others.
